1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 1 to 2 days of placing your order and then take 3 12 days to reach your doorstep depending on your carrier choice and service option selected at checkout. During peak sales periods (typically around the holidays), products can take 1 - 2 days longer to arrive. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more details.

2. What is your return policy?

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product or if you decide to cancel your order before it has already been shipped. If you do change your mind after the order has been shipped please contact us and we will try our best to work with you so we can try and get you your money back. 

 4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order - wrong size/color or it arrived fault/damaged - then simply notify us and will will give you a refund!
